Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 5–8 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
CAYNE™ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
